The following content refers to a function for the German speaking community.
Until someone creates a similar service for English content as well.

General

For the German speaking community there has been a Google calendar implemented since Q3/2022. It is supposed to coordinate the scheduled events and make a quick overview for the members available.

Using the calendar

Integration in Android-Systems (via Windows-PC)

• On a computer, open Google Calendar
• Click on "Add by URL" to the left of "More calendars".
• Enter the calendar address (see above).
• Click on Add Calendar. The calendar will appear under "More calendars" on the left.
• Tip: It can take up to 12 hours for the changes to show up in your Google Calendar.

Integration in iOS-Systems

iPhone

• The "Calendar" app opens
• Press "Subscribe
• Choose a colour you like
• Activate or deactivate the notifications for this calendar
• Press "Add" and you are done
• From this moment on you will find the subscribed calendar in your calendar app.

iPad

IPad needs a slightly different handling

• Copy the following link <https://calendar.google>.com/calendar/ical/429016803cb483bdfeaa550fb8d83828b065070d57af67d9c3c1bf81e141d9de%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
• Open the Calendar app on your iPad
• Select the "Calendar" icon in the top left corner.
• Select "Add" at the bottom left
• Select "Add calendar subscription
• Paste the URL you copied (the link)
• Scroll down the window and press "Subscribe
• Choose a colour that suits you
• Activate or deactivate the notifications for this calendar
• Press "Add" and you are done

Your Name to be shown in the calendar
Date, time
Duration in minutes
Link to event
Kind of event
